Shipping Good, Email Not So Good

All domestic and international orders through July 8th have been shipped. Just to be clear: the days we post shipping updates are not the only days we ship. We ship most weekdays, but only post updates once or twice a week. 'Cause updating any more frequently would be kind of insanely repetitive, no?

For various reasons, including the need for tracking information, from now on everything will ship via USPS Priority mail. We wanted to offer the lower cost First Class option to help small orderers (is that a word?) save money, but unfortunately it isn't working out as we had hoped. So starting today, our shipping rates will be as follows:

$.01 to $18 = $4.50
$18.01 to $40 = $6.50
$40.01 to $74.99 = $8.50
$75 and up = free!

Email continues to be problematic. We've received reports of both our emails to you as well as your emails to us going astray. I just sent a test email from sales@arcanasoaps.com to one of our hotmail accounts and it was funneled right into the junk mail folder. Very distressing. We are trying to straighten this out, but in the meantime, please do give us the benefit of the doubt. We reply to all legitimate email, so if you don't receive a reply from us, please try an alternate route of communication.
